Senior Systems Engineer
Permanent, Newcastle, £40,000
Ever wonder if the bloated management structure has hurt your chances for a pay rise at your annual review?
Has poor planning and client expectation management hurt your life outside of work?
Well why don’t you come and work for people who know what they’re doing. They have offices throughout the UK and are able to operate as large framework partners within the process industry.
This systems integrator works with blue-chip clients when it comes to the industries they operate in. On Utilities, this means top tier framework partners. In FMCG and Pharma – they work with the world’s most recognised consumer brands. Within industry they provide control systems to some of the most technically demanding projects you can think of.
They’re set up in a way that allows them to service large system integration works without having to give anything away for the pleasure.
This means sensible timescales and workloads.
The senior management team are comprised of distinguished control system engineers and the business is run with you in mind. They don't have rigid rules when it comes to salary bandings or bureaucracy giving you the fleixibility you need to do your best work without having to worry about taking care of things at home.
A national story to tell on automation within utilities
As a result of sustained growth in the order book, they are looking to take on additional control system engineers with utilities (water) project exposure and Rockwell / Allen Bradley. They are on at least two national frameworks with eyes focused on others around the country giving engineers a broad range of works within the utilities space to keep engaged on.
Flat management structure and profits reinvested to support engineers
The business is set up by engineers for engineers – the group structure allows the business to return more investment in the company through training up its own engineers and home growing talent all whilst rewarding them with above-market range packages and outstanding support on development (training, chartership, and consultancy work!)
If you're looking to become a distinguished engineer, they have support and structure in place to get you on your way to becoming a chartered engineer. If you are chartered, they have an entire arm of the business that focuses on consultancy work with engineers seconded to blue-chip companies working on cutting edge projects shaping the future.
